Estate Clean-outs are done when a property owner or the Executor of an Estate would like to sell the entire or most of the estates contents due to moving or a death of a loved one. This service helps families, for it takes stress away from the thought of “what do we do with all this? Where do we start?” while preparing to move or while mourning a family member. After an initial conversation and contract, Tony and our crew will arrive on the scheduled date to box up and remove all the contents agreed upon to the trucks, saving the family time and energy.
Personal Property Clean-outs are done when a property owner would like their property cleaned up, such as a summer cabin that is about to be listed on the real estate market or a person’s pole barn that is way to full of “stuff”. When this service is done, the property owner is hiring Tony to remove unwanted items, take them to the transfer station, and do mowing and yard clean up if requested by the property owner. Get the property looking good!
